Nike pays a new tribute to the iconic Jumpman with a brand new Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Fearless. This release is part of the Fearless collection and commemorates a speech Michael Jordan gave 10 years ago upon his induction into the NBA Hall of Fame. In it, MJ declared, "Limits, like fear, are often just an illusion."
The word "Fear," crossed out on the insoles of the shoe, is a direct reference to MJ's words. The patent leather colorway evokes the Bulls on the front of the shoe and the Tar Heels, the South Carolina team, on the back. White and black patent leather overlays, the Swoosh, the wings, and the nylon tongue provide contrast to these iconic colors.
