The Nike Air Max 90 New Species is primarily composed of a combination of light gray smooth suede and nubuck with a tonal reptile print. Soft beige accents appear on the upper eyelets and the inside of the shoe. To break up the otherwise understated upper, the Swoosh and translucent sole are adorned with fluorescent green.
